The health of the VACU community is our top priority.
VACU officials are actively monitoring the situation and will make every effort, working in conjunction with federal, state, and local health authorities, to provide information and implement policies intended to ensure the continued health and safety of our community.
If you think you are ill and need medical care, you should seek medical attention. If you have returned from China, South Korea, Italy, Japan or Iran in the last two weeks AND have symptoms, call ahead to your medical provider to let them know you are coming. Calling ahead will allow the provider to take precautions when you arrive.
While the potential risk of illness to the general public is still very low, VACU continually monitoring the situation and will provide updated information if the situation should change.
